How exactly is your team investing their time?

"Until we can manage time, we can manage nothing else." - Peter Drucker

Start Tracking Time

If hours are billable, they should be trackable.

Businesses are often forced to find a third-party tool for time tracking, because it's not included with their existing management tools.

About 80% of the time, staff doesn't work on top priority tasks. Not having a system to overcome this can be very frustrating.

Time tracking should be part of a business management platform, and available when needed, by management and staff.

Make time tracking easy for those who need it.

How to Benefit from 4in10

It all starts with subscribing. Once you've joined this platform you'll be able to access the entire suite of tools, including the time tracking feature.

Start/Stop Tracking

Each tactic has a built-in Start/Stop button for time tracking. Just make sure your users hit the button whenever they begin and finish working on the tactic.

Assign Tactics

Tactics are the actionable to-do items that need to be done by those on your team. Once you've added tactics to your strategic plan, you'll be able to assign them to users.

Monitor as Needed

As an admin or manager, you'll be able to review every user in your account, and see exactly how much time they've invested on each tactic assigned to them, in real-time.

Yes. This is available for anyone who has at least one tactic assigned to them.

At the moment, we do not offer the ability for users to manually enter their time. However, in the coming months we will add this as an optional feature. Some companies want this feature and some don't. Making it flexible on the administrative level is something that's slated for development.

This goes along with the previous question. At the moment, manual time entry isn't an option. Though it is slated for development. When it is developed, we will make it possible for managers and administrators to adjust this manually for those who work under them.

No. We developed the time tracker so it is automatically tied to the tactic being worked on. Every tactic essentially has its own time tracker, so memos aren't necessary. Additionally, managers are able to view all tactics that have been assigned to each team member. Along with this, they will be able to see how much time has been spent on each tactic.

Subscriptions are charged at $250 per month or $2,000 per year. This page and FAQ is only sharing information on the time tracking feature, which is provided to our subscribers. However, every organization that subscribes is provided access to the entire platform, with all features included.

Yes. We are currently offering a lifetime 50% discount to the first 100 beta subscribers. We have not yet reached 100 subscribers, so the discount is still available, as of October, 2022.

Yes. There are no long term contracts or commitments. If you stop making payments on your account, it will just be suspended, until payments are resumed. If too much time passes, without payment being made, we will delete the account.

Yes, there's a whole lot more you will end up receiving with your subscription. We have several full-time professionals working on the development of this platform. What you see now is only about 20% of what will ultimately be made available to our subscribers. However, the price you subscribe at will be the same price you are charged in the future. It won't go up as additional features are added.
